  • Face the ultimate challenge for rock climbers
  • See five of the highest water falls in North America

Share a more personal tour experience with a small group of fourteen guests or less on a fully guided tour of one of the most beautiful national parks in the world. The stunning sights make this tour an unforgettable adventure in the great outdoors.

Travel by passenger van or motor coach, just 200 miles east of San Francisco, and enjoy a wide array of photo opportunities along the scenic drive to Yosemite.

Sights include:

  • Bay Bridge -- The San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge, known locally as the Bay Bridge, is a toll bridge that spans San Francisco Bay and links Oakland and San Francisco as part of Interstate 80.
  • East Bay -- A sub-region of the Bay Area, the eastern shores of the San Francisco Bay and San Pablo Bay were once known as "Contra Costa," meaning literally "opposite coast."
  • The Sierra Nevada foothills --The foothills of the Sierra Nevada are where James Marshall discovered gold in 1848 and gave rise to the California Gold Rush. The tour passes through one of the original towns that came out of the Gold Rush.
  • Upon arrival at Yosemite National Park, a friendly and very knowledgeable tour guide will accompany the group. Some of the sights in the park include:
  • Yosemite Falls -- At 2450 feet, this is the highest waterfall in North America & third highest in the world.
  • Half Dome Cliffs -- A granite dome located at the eastern end of Yosemite Valley, this is Yosemite's most familiar sight. The granite crest rises more than 4,737ft above the valley floor.
  • Cathedral Rocks -- Suggesting the architecture of the Gothic cathedrals, the summits of the rock and the spires are about 3,000 feet above the valley.
  • El Capitan -- This is a 3500-foot granite rock face where the group can watch rock climbers on the ultimate climbing challenge.

Time is provided for hiking, photo opportunities, and experiencing nature's grandeur that is Yosemite. All along, your tour director will dazzle you with his knowledge of the sights, sounds, and history of this very special place.
