The guide was very charming and knowledgeable. He gave insights to California that a midwestern might not know. The trip was well worth the cost. I thought that stopping at a grocery store for lunch was a crazy idea until we stopped. It offered just about everything one might want to eat in a fast and effective manner. Many bus trips that I have taken stop at McDonalds or similiar places. The choices are limited to that menu. At the store, I could select from fresh fruit, great cup of coffee, sandwiches, salads, pizza, and all types of hot items. What a great idea.

My family had a great day at the park. From where we come from in Singapore, seeing natural wonders like this is a luxury. The time that we spent together as a family on trips like this is a once in a lifetime type of experience. Experiencing falling snow for us coming from the tropics is just unbelievable. My only regreat is that we were not able to see El Capitan or Half Dome clearly because of the mist. But then again, one can't always have the cake and eat it as well. We can't have heavy snowfall without the mist! Would love to go back again, and this type maybe during Spring or Summer. Thanks again.

Apart from the fact that the coach air conditioner broke down and some pax were real whingers about it, the coach driver handled the situation excellently and arranged another coach to take us home. The trip it self was well worth it

I was joinning the tour alone but I could meet nice people and a good driver. (actually I don't remember his name) This May, I will be in New York and Washington D.C.and I hope to find Sightseeing World there.. Thank you..

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy – By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Cancellation Policy. Any order booked and subsequently cancelled will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure are 100% non-refundable. If the total price of your purchase is less than $25 you will only be charged the amount of the activity. This cancellation policy is applicable for each activity, event or tour within a transaction. Any changes to date or time will be accepted with no charge up until 24 hours prior to the tour departure or activity or event scheduled start time. Changes within the 24 hour cutoff must be done by phone and will be subject to availability, if the preferred date or time of the change is not available then the standard cancellation penalty applies.

Any collected cancellation fees will be credited to your customer account and will be available for use on any of our other products. Re booking must be done within one year of your cancellation to apply any cancellation credits, unused cancellation fees are non-refundable if not used to re book another of our products within one year.

Cancellation requests must be called into The Destination Center on 1 866 431 1634 or email cancellation@thedestinationcenter.com (emailed cancellation requests may not be received prior to the 24 hour cancellation cutoff – it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure a reservation is cancelled in time).
