I really enjoyed the tour! I have seen so many great sights, and heard a lot of interesing facts. The guide was really funny and nice! =) The only thing is that you do not have a lot time at the single places you visit. I understand that though. I would do the loop again. Thank you! The loop was good, however, I would be fabulous that the bus remain more time at Golden Gate stop and Palace of Fine Arts stop.... 10 min is not long enough to take pics, and many people just dont want to get off and wait for the next bus to continue the loop.

We enjoyed our bus tour, however it was rather chilly and rainy so we didn't get the best views from inside the bus. That wasn't the operator's fault, though. The narrator was friendly, although she did repeat some information several times. We felt we were a bit rushed since we were the last tour of the day.

My daughter and I really enjoyed the trip to the Golden gate. We loved being on the double decker bus. My suggestion to your company is that, instead of staying in one location for only 10 minutes, you should allow everyone to stay for 30 minutes at each location. This way everyone is not rushing. And they can enjoy the sights better. Thanks again, Norma

We really enjoyed the tour. It was fun to see the Golden Gate Bridge and go over it, but the Museum of Art and the trip through the Presidio were great as well. Such beautiful places and right in the city! The tour guide was helpful and informative. The only problem we had was that his mike kept cutting out and causing trouble. Hope you have acquired new ones.
Editor's notes: The buses do travel every half an hour depending on traffic.

Although the weather was a bit chilly, I thought the tour told me a lot about the areas we visited in San Francisco. The tour guide was funny and knew a lot about the history of San Francisco.

Cancellation Policy – By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Cancellation Policy. Any order booked and subsequently cancelled will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure are 100% non-refundable. If the total price of your purchase is less than $25 you will only be charged the amount of the activity. This cancellation policy is applicable for each activity, event or tour within a transaction. Any changes to date or time will be accepted with no charge up until 24 hours prior to the tour departure or activity or event scheduled start time. Changes within the 24 hour cutoff must be done by phone and will be subject to availability, if the preferred date or time of the change is not available then the standard cancellation penalty applies.

Any collected cancellation fees will be credited to your customer account and will be available for use on any of our other products. Re booking must be done within one year of your cancellation to apply any cancellation credits, unused cancellation fees are non-refundable if not used to re book another of our products within one year.

Cancellation requests must be called into The Destination Center on 1 866 431 1634 or email cancellation@thedestinationcenter.com (emailed cancellation requests may not be received prior to the 24 hour cancellation cutoff – it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure a reservation is cancelled in time).
