It was very good, would definitely recommend it. The tour guide was very informative and comical,and was very patient as my son had to use a washroom at one of the stops and he held the bus for us. The one thing I would change would be that I would stay a couple of days longer. There was too much to see in such a short time.

Our bus driver was fair; it was difficult to understand him some of the time given his accent, and the mic volume was not high enough. None of us are elderly, so we're not hard of hearing. But, the route was very good.

The older tour guide with a Hat and a bag full of jokes (used to be an archeologist) was very good. He made it interesting. The next day I got on and the younger tour guide was less informative and on many occasions we couldn't hear him. Others asked him to repeat what he'd said but gave up when it kept happening.

Allthough it is already a couple of month ago, we remember the trip as satisfactory. For the real tourist it is very handy that you can debark and embark at the most interesting places and spend as much time as you want.

Even though I live in the Bay Area, the tour was great to show my mom around all the sights of the city and it was a lot of fun. The guides were very knowledgeable too. Way better than trying to take take my mom to all the sights myself and paying for parking at each stop. The only suggestion is perhaps the tour could continue until later in the day during the summers. It would've been nice to be able to take the bus back to San Francisco Center.

enjoyed the tour but it could have been a bit longer. Buses weren't running to timetable but I guess that is down to traffic congestion. Also one of the buses did not stop for us at Macy's, Union Square, which meant we had to wait a full 30 mins for the next one. Have used these bus tours in many cities and the enjoyment can come down to the tourist guide and the commentary they provide. Can't recall her name but our guide was easy to listen to and although she was vey young (under 20) she had a good knowledge of the city.Booked tour on line before we arrived in san Fransisco but in indsight should have waited to take advantage of the discounts on offer.

The weather was dreadful for the bus tour but the entertainment was not dampened. The tour host was knowledgable and humerous. The sights we stopped at were great. There were plenty of stops along the way to do a spot of signtseeing. I look forward to visiting San Francisco again in the near future.

Good way to get an overview of Frisco. Were supposed to hop on / hop off but we waited over an hour at the Chinatown stop for the next bus.

Cancellation Policy – By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Cancellation Policy. Any order booked and subsequently cancelled will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure are 100% non-refundable. If the total price of your purchase is less than $25 you will only be charged the amount of the activity. This cancellation policy is applicable for each activity, event or tour within a transaction. Any changes to date or time will be accepted with no charge up until 24 hours prior to the tour departure or activity or event scheduled start time. Changes within the 24 hour cutoff must be done by phone and will be subject to availability, if the preferred date or time of the change is not available then the standard cancellation penalty applies.

Any collected cancellation fees will be credited to your customer account and will be available for use on any of our other products. Re booking must be done within one year of your cancellation to apply any cancellation credits, unused cancellation fees are non-refundable if not used to re book another of our products within one year.

Cancellation requests must be called into The Destination Center on 1 866 431 1634 or email cancellation@thedestinationcenter.com (emailed cancellation requests may not be received prior to the 24 hour cancellation cutoff – it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure a reservation is cancelled in time).
