i think the guy's name was chris, and he was great. it was the perfect way for a first timer to take in san francisco. the hot chocolate was a nice touch too!

The loop was good except for the stop for Lombard Street, if you want to get off, it was a fairly good walk to it after that. Straight up two hills before even getting to it. Also for the last stop at Pier 39 we are told we could get off here but it does not pick up from here if you wanted to go on again, you would have to go to the start and get on. Otherwise it was informative. It could be a bit later starting in the spring. Instead of until 5pm it should be until 7pm so there is more time to enjoy it.

I think this was one of the best things that i did in San Francisco! The guides were awesome, and I learnt so much about the city. I did the trip 3 times in my allotted time because i enjoyed it so much. The hop-on hop-off is just a brilliant idea, and allowed me to see sites i would not have seen if i had not done the loop. Carry on going!!

We enjoyed the tour, it is also flexible enough, so that we could hop in and off. The tour guides however need a better training on what they are showing. We did the tour in two consecutive ocassions, as we started in Union Square, and therefore with two different crews, and they did not tell us the same in each case. The other suggestion is to have another tour that takes you to the western side of San Francisco. Hope these comments help.

We had the best time. It gave us a chance to see what was aroun town and them walk back to what we wanted to see. We did not rent a car! The best way to see San Francisco! It made to trip so much more memorable. We got to sit on the top and see all the buildings and ride among the trees! It was quite fabulous! Thank you

The narrator was excellent. He was very knowledgeable of San Francisco, and had interesting insights that made what he was saying very enjoyable. The driver was fantastic, the police had roads blocked, it did not deter him, he used alleys to get us through the tour without having to be held up for hours. I would take the tour again.

I really enjoyed all the interesting information given on the tour. I thought that the tour guides were very informative, and the that their stories were excellent. I also appreciated the fact that blankets were available for the ride, as it was rather cold on the day of our tour.

As a native of CA, my first SF tour and I found it thoroughly enjoyable. The YOUNG tour guide, was interesting, funny and adorable. Who could ask for less. I have two otu of state guests with me and they also enjoyed the tour. The only unfortunate thing that happened was we were told of a tour and given the wrong time at the office by 30 minutes. Erego, we missed the Golden Gate Bridge tour but we still carried on and would certainly do this again if visitors from out of town showed up. Thank you.

My family and I enjoyed going around on the loop - it stopped at most of the SF tourist spots (wish you could add Golden Gate Park to the stops). The tour escorts were also good.

When I was able to sit on the top of the bus, the tour was great. The guides were entertaining and knowledgeable, and the stops were very convenient. My only problem was when I was not able to find a seat and was forced to stand for most of a ride, but I really am not sure how you would able to fix that. Overall, a good experience.

Cancellation Policy – By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Cancellation Policy. Any order booked and subsequently cancelled will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure are 100% non-refundable. If the total price of your purchase is less than $25 you will only be charged the amount of the activity. This cancellation policy is applicable for each activity, event or tour within a transaction. Any changes to date or time will be accepted with no charge up until 24 hours prior to the tour departure or activity or event scheduled start time. Changes within the 24 hour cutoff must be done by phone and will be subject to availability, if the preferred date or time of the change is not available then the standard cancellation penalty applies.

Any collected cancellation fees will be credited to your customer account and will be available for use on any of our other products. Re booking must be done within one year of your cancellation to apply any cancellation credits, unused cancellation fees are non-refundable if not used to re book another of our products within one year.

Cancellation requests must be called into The Destination Center on 1 866 431 1634 or email cancellation@thedestinationcenter.com (emailed cancellation requests may not be received prior to the 24 hour cancellation cutoff – it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure a reservation is cancelled in time).
