the trip was amazing, and having the option to stop in different location and then wait for the next bus is wonderful, the price is very affordable, the only thing i did not like much, is that in the first bus the tour guide was a lot more knowledgeable than the other two buses that I took, so I was wondering how would it be if I finish the tour in the first bus rather than in the other two, therefore I think that you should make every tour guide up to par. anyway I enjoyed a lot this tour, it was amazing.

Very good trip and price was great. Tour guide funny and informative. Only one comment for improvement - at Union Square in front of Macy's where we were to start our loop tour was not marked at all and a group of us were wandering around looking for the bus. Other than that - great job and would recommend you.

Bus getting old but clean. Could improve the loading/unloading of passengers - did not stop at designated spot either time I used it. Tour interesting and good guides. Good value for money.

My mother, aunt and I went on this tour. They both grew up in san francisco, but have moved away. They loved seeing "their city" in a whole new light. Our tour guide was both knowledgeable and funny without over doing it. (she was herself, not some wanna be stand up comic) We had a great time and took lots of pictures.

Just what we wanted for a tour. Ability to get on and off wherever we wanted to. The guides were full of interesting information about SF. I've been out there over 10 times and still learn new information when I visit. Great tour idea. Thanks for asking.

This tour was great. We did it fairly early in our stay so we could see the whole downtown area and plan the rest of our visit. The hop on / hop off is great. I really appreciate that you let us do that for two days. It was fun hearing the differences between the tour guides, but they might want to review their scripts as their data varied widely. (For example: the value of the gold in the City Hall dome is $400,000 or $700,000?) All in all the tour was fun and since my condo told me about it and helped me find it on-line, we were able to save some money booking it that way. Thanks.

I thought the trip was excellent and did it twice. The first time was with a larger older man who had a great sense of humour and was a great guide.(He also took the trip to Yosemite) The second time was with an Hispanic gentleman and the commentary was not anywhere near as interesting, although we went past the same places. On the second trip, I left from you office, as on the first one, but the bus was more than 15 minutes late in leaving. I found that very annoying.

A nice tour. The weather was very good, so we enjoyed a ride through busy city center and Chinatown.

We saw everything we wanted to see. The" get-on, get-off" option is great. The only thing I would suggest is that at first, we were not aware of the fact that we needed to flag-down the bus. You might suggest to the tour directors that they make everyone aware of that before exiting the bus. Other than that, it was great.....Thanks.

Cancellation Policy – By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Cancellation Policy. Any order booked and subsequently cancelled will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure are 100% non-refundable. If the total price of your purchase is less than $25 you will only be charged the amount of the activity. This cancellation policy is applicable for each activity, event or tour within a transaction. Any changes to date or time will be accepted with no charge up until 24 hours prior to the tour departure or activity or event scheduled start time. Changes within the 24 hour cutoff must be done by phone and will be subject to availability, if the preferred date or time of the change is not available then the standard cancellation penalty applies.

Any collected cancellation fees will be credited to your customer account and will be available for use on any of our other products. Re booking must be done within one year of your cancellation to apply any cancellation credits, unused cancellation fees are non-refundable if not used to re book another of our products within one year.

Cancellation requests must be called into The Destination Center on 1 866 431 1634 or email cancellation@thedestinationcenter.com (emailed cancellation requests may not be received prior to the 24 hour cancellation cutoff – it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure a reservation is cancelled in time).
