We missed our original timeslot!! & I thought we would miss out completely but my wife called & we managed to get on standby on our last morning. We didn't have to wait too long , all the people at the heliport were great & we had a amazing experience.

I am a private pilot, never in a heli, loved it. the wife - a HUGE thrill for her. it was her birthday. she was beaming from ear-to-ear. the pilot was wonderful, the chopper was beautiful and immaculate. what a joy! we both want to get licenses! (just need a few million bucks...)

The full experience is great, agents on the phone with booking, the security personnel, staff at the ticket counter, the pilot and the photo agents. I had planned to propose to my girlfriend and everyone was more the gracious to assist me as well as ensure the moment was a surprise. The helicopter ride was spectacular. The Big Apple Helicopter was superb ! Shame you can't fly over the city but the trip around the harbour and the Statue of Liberty was great. I will and have recommended this trip to friends and family. Regards, Cliff

Unfortunately, the helo ride never took place. I'm sure if it had taken place we would have had a blast. It was cancelled due to bad weather. We waited for 2 to 3 hours and then the staff confirmed it. Nevertheless, everybody at the facilities were very kind and warm in spite of the cold weather. Rest assure that if we ever go back to NY we will try to attempt this ride. Thank you for the prompt reinbursement of the deposit and for your attention. Eva De Denghy

Everything about the tour was great. I think the areas that could be worked on are customer service and the length of the ride. The helicopter driver was exceptional and very detailed in his tour. Overall would definately get more people for the nyc tours Manoj

We flew past the Statue of Liberty too fast!!! I'd rather have that we would halt in the sky to take pictures. But the pilot was very cool, super American dude, with always thesame jokes. But the ride was extremely cool. But it was really rude that we had to pay extra security fees or something like that at the desk while we paid upfront for the ride. These things should be included or atleast be mentioned.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy – By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Cancellation Policy. Any order booked and subsequently cancelled will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure are 100% non-refundable. If the total price of your purchase is less than $25 you will only be charged the amount of the activity. This cancellation policy is applicable for each activity, event or tour within a transaction. Any changes to date or time will be accepted with no charge up until 24 hours prior to the tour departure or activity or event scheduled start time. Changes within the 24 hour cutoff must be done by phone and will be subject to availability, if the preferred date or time of the change is not available then the standard cancellation penalty applies.

Any collected cancellation fees will be credited to your customer account and will be available for use on any of our other products. Re booking must be done within one year of your cancellation to apply any cancellation credits, unused cancellation fees are non-refundable if not used to re book another of our products within one year.

Cancellation requests must be called into The Destination Center on 1 866 431 1634 or email cancellation@thedestinationcenter.com (emailed cancellation requests may not be received prior to the 24 hour cancellation cutoff – it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure a reservation is cancelled in time).
