we enjoyed the helicopter flight very much. it was a really great experience. everything went well, we don't have any points regarding the flight that need to be improved. maybe it is an idea that customers can order extra foto's, when they're back in their own country. keep up the good work Kind regards, Karin

The flight-time took exactly 10 minutes - not one second more. But we really enjoyed it very much. The pilot was rather tough and kindly and gave us all informations about the famous landmarks we saw. So 10 minutes felt like 10 seconds.

Booking process was good, changed time slot after reading reviews of long queues and staff gave advice on busy periods to avoid (go early)! Staff onsite were not the friendliest people I've ever met but I have no complaints, would rather get through quickly than stand around chatting with them (waiting time was about 20 minutes). Pilot didn't have much to say, but I was more interested in looking through the window! Helicopter was modern and clean, we went in a group of four and they held us back one place so we could have a four seater to ourselves. Tour wasn't very long but felt like ages when we were up there. All in all a really good way to see New York and - in my opinion - totally worth the money for a once in a lifetime experience!

The actual helicopter ride was excellent, but the room we were waiting in was very crowded, this room needs to be larger. Staff should make absolutely clear what is and what is not allowed on the ride. Staff seem to be tolerating their clientel and can be a little aggressive.

We really enjoyed our flight, and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The only criticism was that we had to wait quite a long time even though we had booked ahead. It was also disconcerting to see other people from different companies arriving later than us but flying before us. All this said, however, the experience far outweighed the time we had to wait and was a brilliant thing to do. We have recommended it to anyone we know who is going to New York!

We took our helicopter trip on Thursday March 27th. Prior to the day we had rung and confirmed our flight and were a little uneasy on arrival when our names were not on the list,however this was sorted and we booked in. The helicopter had to be refuelled so our wait was a little longer than expected but we were pleased that it was just the four if us on the flight. The pilot was very informative and we all felt excited with the experience. It was great to see all the places we had visited and more and a brilliant end to our stay in New York. Cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy – By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Cancellation Policy. Any order booked and subsequently cancelled will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure are 100% non-refundable. If the total price of your purchase is less than $25 you will only be charged the amount of the activity. This cancellation policy is applicable for each activity, event or tour within a transaction. Any changes to date or time will be accepted with no charge up until 24 hours prior to the tour departure or activity or event scheduled start time. Changes within the 24 hour cutoff must be done by phone and will be subject to availability, if the preferred date or time of the change is not available then the standard cancellation penalty applies.

Any collected cancellation fees will be credited to your customer account and will be available for use on any of our other products. Re booking must be done within one year of your cancellation to apply any cancellation credits, unused cancellation fees are non-refundable if not used to re book another of our products within one year.

Cancellation requests must be called into The Destination Center on 1 866 431 1634 or email cancellation@thedestinationcenter.com (emailed cancellation requests may not be received prior to the 24 hour cancellation cutoff – it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure a reservation is cancelled in time).
