Fantastic tour. Knowledgable & friendly pilot. Shame we couldn't take mobile phone onto flight in order to use camera on phone... even in Flight Safe Mode we were told this wasn't allowed. Otherwise happy.

Re-scheduling due to weather day should be less bureaucratic and complicated (e.g. one shouldn't have to call a special number for rebooking, but do it directly at the heliport). Staff very friendly and tour fantastic.

The organisation of people & trips at the downtown pier was quite poor & seemed a little chaotic, it was confusing as there seemed to be a few companies based in the same office. But the trip itself is great!. It was a great way to see Manhattan & the Statue of Liberty & you get some great photos.

Excellent fun and we were lucky enough to go out at dusk, so we saw a lovely sunset, then NYC by night. Could have been a bit longer though.

We enjoyed the trip and the views were great. Would recommend taking the trip as one of the first things you do in New York to get the 'wow' factor of the city. There wasn't much room in the helicopter for 6 and was dissapointed the pilot couldn't talk to us about the sights as there were no headphones inside the helicopter so we couldn't hear him.

Thew hole experience of being in a helicopter and seeing New York from the air was amazing. Our pilot was encouraging, friendly and very informative and put everyone at ease. We were all able to see as much as each other with plenty of space left inside of the helicopter. We felt safe and secure in the helicopter and were fully briefed on safety procedures. A definite must for anyone considering it and well worth the money.

I really enjoyed the tour. The pilot was very helpful and friendly. The tour could be improved however by making the flight details clearer in the description as I had been led to believe that we would be flying 'around' Manhattan, both on the east and west sides, which was not the case once we had arrived and learnt more about the tour. Wait time could also be improved, but overall I was happy with the service.

We flew past the Statue of Liberty too fast!!! I'd rather have that we would halt in the sky to take pictures. But the pilot was very cool, super American dude, with always thesame jokes. But the ride was extremely cool. But it was really rude that we had to pay extra security fees or something like that at the desk while we paid upfront for the ride. These things should be included or atleast be mentioned.

The tour was excellent - if you only do one thing when visiting New York, then The Big Apple tour is a must. Will be back in June with my sons for another ride! Theresa Davies England

Cancellation Policy – By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Cancellation Policy. Any order booked and subsequently cancelled will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure are 100% non-refundable. If the total price of your purchase is less than $25 you will only be charged the amount of the activity. This cancellation policy is applicable for each activity, event or tour within a transaction. Any changes to date or time will be accepted with no charge up until 24 hours prior to the tour departure or activity or event scheduled start time. Changes within the 24 hour cutoff must be done by phone and will be subject to availability, if the preferred date or time of the change is not available then the standard cancellation penalty applies.

Any collected cancellation fees will be credited to your customer account and will be available for use on any of our other products. Re booking must be done within one year of your cancellation to apply any cancellation credits, unused cancellation fees are non-refundable if not used to re book another of our products within one year.

Cancellation requests must be called into The Destination Center on 1 866 431 1634 or email cancellation@thedestinationcenter.com (emailed cancellation requests may not be received prior to the 24 hour cancellation cutoff – it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure a reservation is cancelled in time).
